Sorry, we are unable to book you in. This may be due to you having not shown up to a previously booked appointment, or you may have an amount outstanding on your account. To rectify this, please be advised a $20 administration fee will need to be paid.

How do I pay?

Timely requires you to pay a deposit at the time of making an appointment. Card surcharges apply. Cash and bank transfer / PayID accepted after your appointment.

Do I have to pay the deposit?

Yes. This secures your appointment and safeguards my business from “no-shows” which blocks time for others. Time is money!

What if I don’t want to put my card details online?

The only way around it is to contact us directly, pay your deposit by transfer and we can manually put you on the system. No deposit = No appointment.

Does the deposit amount come off my total bill?

Yes of course. However, if you do not show up or reschedule, Princess Puncture reserves the right to retain your deposit.

Will my deposit be transferred if I reschedule my appointment?

Absolutely, as long as you give 3hrs notice or reschedule the appointment yourself via your Timley account. Failure to do so means you forfeit your deposit

Will I be charged card processing fees?

Yes, Princess Puncture is not liable for absorbing any card processing fees on deposits or balance payments.

What forms of ID are accepted?

Photo ID is required for all persons having a piercing appointment. These can be a Driver’s Licence, Proof of Age Card, Passport. In the case of younger clients, parent or legal guardians must provide their photo ID along with a government issued document such as Birth Certificate of child, Medicare Card, Centrelink Card, Student ID Card, Smart Rider

What if I don’t have my ID with me?

You will need to show a screenshot/photocopy of at least 2 ID documents, one must have your date of birth and preferably your photo.

On Central Walk, in Joondalup. Upstairs from Katsuya Japanese. Look for the “Body Piercing” sign above the entry.

Do you have an elevator or escalator?

Unfortunately, not. Please avoid bringing prams, trolleys, mobility aids, scooters. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Is parking available?

Not directly. Street parking is available on surrounding streets; please note that City of Joondalup do charge for parking during the week. (using the EasyPark app is user-friendly) Alternatively, park at Lakeside Shopping Centre if you don’t mind a short walk.

Can I bring a friend or family member for support?

Sure can! Princess Puncture prefers and encourages clients to have a support person. It can make it a more relaxed and fun experience. All persons under 18 should be always accompanied by a parent or legal guardian

Can I bring my own jewellery?

Accepted Answer

For a new piercing, the jewellery must be of high quality and from a reputable retailer. To maintain your safety, the jewellery will need to be cleaned and sterilised by Princess Puncture BEFORE your appointment. This process takes 1.5hrs so be sure to plan ahead and bring it in a few days prior to your booking. 
If it is for a jewellery change of a healed piercing, just bring along to your appointment on the day. Service charges apply if the piercing was not originally performed at Princess Puncture. This is to cover my time, any consumables used and reprocessing tools that may be required during the service.

How much is your jewellery?

Prices vary depending on style, size and material. An online store will be available in the near future for you to view and purchase directly from. Until then, you are welcome to enquire for a quote.

Do you sell aftercare?

Princess Puncture only recommends the use of sterile 0.9% Sodium Chloride solution to clean all piercings. Neilmed Piercing Aftercare Fine Mist aerosol cans are available in store. Small (aeroplane friendly) 75ml cans are $15, Large 177ml cans are $20. It is not mandatory to purchase this product; however, Princess Puncture cannot be held responsible if you use an alternative product and experience adverse reactions. “Piercing Sprays” on the market contain unnecessary ingredients and preservatives which could be harmful to the healing process. Please follow recommendations to protect your health, safety and investment.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Online “virtual” gift cards are available in several value options. You may also choose to pre-pay a specific piercing service if you prefer. Physical gift cards are not currently available but watch this space…..

Question 24

I’m having trouble healing my piercing, what should I do?

Accepted Answer

Follow the aftercare instructions given to you at the time of your piercing. DO NOT remove the jewellery as the skin will close, trapping any bacteria inside, making it harder to heal and will take longer. If you accidently bumped it, got it caught in your hair, clothing or have been excessively touching it, even slept on it prematurely; go back to twice daily cleaning. Remove all causes of irritation and do not touch it. If it doesn’t settle back down after a few days, please contact Princess Puncture via email (help.princesspuncture@hotmail.com) Facebook or Instagram messages with clear photos and a description of what has been happening.
