Hi, Students! 😊 For the past year, we have been practicing mindfulness together at Olifant School. We've been doing a Mindful Minute every day at 11:00 AM and we will also have Mindful Week this September. As we continue our Mindfulness journey in this new semester, we’ll start by taking a gentle look at how you’ve been feeling and what’s been on your mind lately. This short reflection will help us understand your starting point and make the upcoming mindfulness sessions more meaningful for you There are no right or wrong answers — just answer honestly based on what you’ve felt recently. 😊

Dear Team, At Olifant School, we are committed to supporting emotional wellness and awareness. Over the past year, we’ve shared our mindfulness journey together — from our daily Mindful Minute at 11:00 AM, to the upcoming Mindful Week this September. Mindfulness helps us to stay focus and calm, whether in the classroom, the office, or during busy school activities. It supports patience in challenges, clearer communication with colleagues and parents, and better problem-solving. Most importantly, it reminds us to care for our own well-being while working together as one school community. As we begin this new semester, we will continue our mindfulness practices. To start, we’d like to invite you to pause and reflect on how you’ve been feeling and what’s been on your mind. This reflection will give us a sense of where we are starting from, and help make our upcoming mindfulness sessions even more meaningful.
