De comunicat se comunica foarte greu cu ei fiindca nu raspund la telefon ! Atunci ce sa mai vorbim de serviciul garantie si post garantie fiindca factura o face firma care monteaza si nici ei nu mai sunt de gasit ! Despre dosarul de prosumator nici nu mai vorbim fiindca nu se stie cine la facut sa il depuna asa ca suspans total ! In final pierdere de timp ,nervi si inclusiv bani fiindca trebuie sa cumpar acel tablou cu sigurante si sa platesc ca sa il monteze ! De la bun inceput am scris o recenzie negativa si la doua saptamani am fost sunat de cinev de la Solar1000 care mi-a spus ca o sa se rezolve si ca sa sterg recenzia negativa ,am sters-o fiindca am crezit ca se va rezolva ceva dar nimic !

Ne-au amanat mai bine de 2 luni pentru o lucrare pe fonduri proprii. Nu mai raspundeau cu saptamanile la telefon. Pana la urma am renuntat. Foarte neseriosi, de evitat.

PS: Data de montaj a fost stabilita ferm si apoi amanat de 3 ori. La fel cu date stabilite FERM. Cat despre distanta, nu stiu la ce va referiti. Era cu montaj in Giurgiu. Lucrul acesta l-am specificat din start, inainte sa ma programati.

Ar fi cam nedelicat sa pun printscreen cu conversatia din Whatsapp cu ultimele doua date ferme, dar daca insistati, o pun. Se observa si ca dupa ultima programare efectiv nu mi-ati mai raspuns timp de aproape o luna.

Initial dadusem 2 stele ca nu intelesesem de ce sistemul nu imi produce cat de mult trebuia .Am montat acum 3 zile deci inca nu sunt prosumator , i-am sunat cu aceasta nelamurire ,dna Sofia mi-a explicat ca pana devin prosumtor sistemul e limitat sa nu injecteze , produce cat consum si intradevar nu am avut consum ; am testat ieri dupa amiaza cu mai multi consumatori in priza si intradevar a produs foarte bine .
