How Does Scouting Work

Finances should never be a barrier to join Scouting! We are happy to help new and returning scouts find scholarships. Please let the Cubmaster know and we will figure it out. 

Annual membership: $185 (paid online when registering.)  

Fundraisers: We have a couple of fundraisers during the year. We ask each scout to fundraise to cover costs for Pack events and awards throughout the year. The committee is reviewing budget for the upcoming year and considering dues.

Pack Campouts: We potluck the campouts. 

Uniforms: New "Class A" uniforms from the council scout shop or scoutshop.org cost about $40 for the basics (shirt, neckerchief, slide, hat, and belt). The pack maintains a closet of gently used uniforms that we will gladly distribute. Our optional pack t-shirts ("Class B") are about $20 and ordered online.
