Timings of the day

Starter: Baked camembert, rustic artisan bloomer stuffed with a garlic and herb melting butter candle, crispy streaky bacon
and whole slow roast garlic.

Main: Trio of meets (Elderflower Marinated Chump of Lamb - Marinated lamb served pink, and sliced on a bed of wilted spinach, Slow Braised Brisket of Beef and Chargrilled breast and leg of chicken) with triple cooked chunky chips, salad and homemade coleslaw. 

Vegetarian main: Wild Mushroom Risotto

Dessert: Bakewell tart, shortbread biscuits and chocolate brownies

Evening reception: Pizzas (Mozzarella and Sun blushed Tomatoes, Nduja Sausage and Brie and Crispy Pancetta)
