I would highly recommend communication is professional and a variety of ways to reach out and the response is clear and true to what they say. I had 2 controllers that Had stick drift and faulty back buttons they documented the issue and fixed the issue with ease. It saved me money, time and lengthy process to send the controller to the actual manufjacturer also the OG repairs have a 1 year warranty which is good in service as well as to mention they work on other 3rd party PS5 controllers othere than scuff and aim that might be faulty you just have to communicate to them first. I'm extremely happy with what was corrected 👍

From start to finish these guys were spot on and very professional. Sent in 2 ps5 controllers with stick drift to be upgraded, I got updated along the way with photos and videos of the repair and testing. Will be my go to for every repair or upgrade will be sending my other 3 controllers in for the same upgrades plus my actual ps for a health check. I used mail In service, got the email with postage and they emailed to say they had recieved and also to keep return deli very updated. Can't fault the work or service, highly recommended and really good pricing plus free services when you spend certain amounts. We have a few different consoles so will be getting all work on them done here from now on
