Please have your order in by Saturday night. I cook everything fresh on Sunday, so getting your order in on time guarantees it’ll be ready. If you order after Saturday, I’ll do my best to fit it in, but I can’t promise same-day fulfillment.

I offer weekly meals. If you need biweekly meals, please message me directly to discuss and we may be able to work something out. This option will only be considered if you order more then 6 meals.

Yes! I’m always open to suggestions or special requests. Just send me a message and ask. My meals are already designed to be high-protein and lower-carb, and all ingredients are clearly listed on the menu. Simple changes—like removing onions or mushrooms—are no problem at all.

Absolutely! I'm happy to substitute proteins with tofu or remove them altogether upon request. Please note that meat alternatives like Beyond Meat are significantly more expensive than traditional proteins, so pricing will need to be adjusted if you'd like to go that route.

I visit the farmers market every weekend to pick up fresh, high-quality vegetables and ingredients. I also shop around at local meat markets and butchers to find the best cuts of meat. I take a lot of pride in my meals and believe it’s worth the extra effort to use better ingredients.

Meals stay fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days. I don’t use any preservatives—just fresh, natural ingredients—so for the best flavor and texture, I recommend eating them within the first few days, especially meals with vegetables or seafood.

Absolutely! I’m open to any and all special requests. Just keep in mind that ingredient costs and prep time will affect pricing. I do my best to stick with high-protein, low-calorie, and low-carb meals, but if you're craving something like chicken alfredo or spaghetti, I’m happy to make it—just be warned, those calories add up!
No matter what you order, I’ll always include the full macro breakdown with your meals.
