We run a buisness that has cash registers , eftpos and phones all relying on the internet.<br><br>We experienced some hiccups with our integration with the new NBN modem, but Keval successfully resolved the issues.<br><br>I want to give a big shout-out to Keval for his determination and commitment to providing the best possible service. The other night, I was speaking with him until 8:30 PM as we worked to solve the problem. I could even hear his family in the background asking him to eat dinner and his kids saying goodnight. Despite how frustrated I was, Keval kept everything together and remained completely professional. He Arrived in Bendigo the next Mourning from Melbourne with replacement equipment, and successfully worked through the issues.
