The calendar is set to your time zone. Please book a few days in advance.

Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link. If you did not receive it, it is most likely because the email provided was misspelled. If this happens, I will cancel the booking.

Please email any assignments at least 48 hours in advance. Materials sent on short notice may go unseen.

1st late cancel = 15 min of hourly rate
2nd+ late cancel = full hourly rate 
Late payment = $5 fee
10 min late = lesson cancelled + full hourly rate
No show = full hourly rate

FEE OVERVIEW

Students are expected to show up to class on time and ready to learn. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance by either canceling through Google Calendar or the invitation email. Otherwise, a late cancel fee will be applied.

How to Cancel or Reschedule
Open the invitation email for the appointment booked. Scroll to the bottom of the email, and select “cancel” or “reschedule”.

Tardiness/Absence Policy
If a student does not show within 10 minutes of class start time, the class will be canceled and the student will be charged for the full hour.

Students who regularly reschedule classes may be declined future tutoring. Please plan to attend the class at the time and date scheduled. 

**Exceptions for emergencies will be made on a case-by-case basis.

ATTENDANCE

Payments should be made ahead of class, i.e., before 11:59 PM PST of the day of the session. Payments made after this time will result in a $5.00 late payment fee. 

Students holding fees will not be able to continue tutoring until all fees are paid.
