Executive Retreats for Women

I come to the table with lots of hands-on experience in community and economic development work - based across the U.S, Europe and beyond.

Some key highlights of my work include- mediating conflict in Belfast and Moldova in collaboration with the London School of Economics; advising Cooperation Ireland during the Troubles; lobbying the New York State Legislature to secure over $1 million for low and moderate income housing programs and I also served as Executive Director of the Mohawk Hudson Community Foundation, where we tripled the endowment to fund nonprofit grants.

As one of the founders of the Global Women's Leadership Network at Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business, I designed and facilitated-The Wells and Global Innovation Dialogues, collaborative large-group dialogue models now used worldwide.

I also founded The Essential Feminine Company, an online empowerment platform reaching over 20,000 women globally through 1:1 and group workshops.

With 25+ years in international consulting, leadership development, and women's empowerment, I have devoted my life to one conviction: when women connect to their deepest values and live truthfully, the world changes for the better.

As author of Awakening the Essential Feminine and founder of The Essential Feminine Company, I have guided thousands of women to claim their feminine gifts, qualities urgently needed in today's world. A founding member of the Global Women's Leadership Network at Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business, I pioneered corporate programs worldwide and helped mediate political conflict in Northern Ireland and Eastern Europe.

My work is grounded in meditation, Ayurveda, and Celtic Spirituality, not merely influences, but the living foundation from which I live and support women.
