Mandara Spa is an institution. They train all Balinese spa therapists for their different location in the world.<br>I did the 5 day Balinese massage. My teacher Ni Kadek Juni was amazing: open minded, patient, funny, caring… she taught me even more !<br>The team is very friendly, welcoming and caring. They make sure that you drink and eat well. 😉<br>I truly recommend for beginners and more experts.

I have followed an amazing private three day course at the Mandara Spa Training Center in Sanur. My trainer June was a real professional in the way she transmitted the whole sequence for an hour Balinese massage. Step by step, in detail and very joyful. I got a beautiful handout with an introduction part and then the massage explained step by step. Beside that I have been able to make videos of the whole massage and at the end of day two I have written with June all the steps in short. Each day I experienced the massage and twice a day practiced with June her guidance on a model. The last day I was able to give the massage (almost) on my own. I left the center with a confident feeling that at home I can give a Balinese massage. But for sure I have to practice weekly to integrate all the movements in my memory..<br><br>I am grateful to all the people of the Centre. The students and of course June in specific 💫❤️💫<br><br>Ps I almost forgot to mention the lunches I got. The were absolutely delicious!!
