The overall experience was disappointing and did not meet expectations. The establishment appears to be highly praised locally, yet in reality, it feels significantly overrated. During our visit, the staff’s behavior created an uncomfortable atmosphere; rather than offering assistance or patience while my wife considered her choice, employees stood by in silence and laughed in a way that felt dismissive and unprofessional. This left us both feeling rushed and unwelcome.

From a product perspective, the quality was also underwhelming. The cookies, in particular, were notably dry and lacked freshness, falling short even when compared to simple homemade alternatives. the ice cream isn’t anything special, and there are better alternatives in Luz that have been around longer and offer a friendlier experience. Given this combination of poor service and substandard product quality, this will remain both our first and last visit.

We liked it.

They understand gluten allergy and the lady kindly served from a fresh tray to reduce the risk of cross contamination.

2 Bolle of Eis cost 5€ Something. But IT IS a big Bolle so its at the end more like 3 or 4 Bolle of Eis in Germany for example. So Stop hating you Günthers und Dietmars out there! Ice was nice, had salted caramel and nutella, Can recommend!

Great Gelato! Recommend to try the Pastel de Nata Gelato to experience something different!

This was a fun little morning treat by the beach. Getting there right at opening might not be the best idea since not all the pastries were ready yet, but the chocolate cookie and carrot cake muffin were delicious. The coffee was good, though I’ve had better. Prices are fair. I’ll definitely be back in the afternoon to try their ice cream. The flavours look amazing.
