Purchased a set of rings from Larson around 2 years ago. Had to get one resized recently. The process went extremely well. No surprises charges or hidden fees. They exchanged the ring with the new sized one as promised. Returned to me quickly and packaged well. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic customer service and great support, we’ve purchased several rings from Larson’s and every thing ships quickly and is packaged well.The jewelry is very well made, good quality materials and stylish designs makes it hard to choose which one to buy, as they have 1000s to choose fro.

The customer service is absolutely perfect. At first I couldn't get through to anyone after contacting them on a Saturday and trying to reach out on a business day, then finally someone got back to me. I let them know when I needed my rings by since it's a birthday present for my fiancée, and they told me they'd be shipped today and I'd receive them before her birthday which is perfect. The prices are also very reasonable and the rings are gorgeous. I can't wait to see them in person. I would definitely recommend Larson Jewelers to anyone looking for engagement/wedding rings!

This is my second time purchasing from Larson. My first wedding ring was a tungsten ring that eventually broke due to how many times I accidentally dropped it on the ground. They offered to replace it for free, but I did not want to send back my original wedding ring for sentimental reasons. So I purchased another ring similar to it. I’ve tried looking at other sites to shop deals, but end up coming back to Larson for better pricing. Their quality is good and I love their designs. The customer service is super easy to work with (which is rare these days), and they will replace your ring if it is broken. I have no complaints about Larson Jewelers. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new/another ring.
