Book a session with us PHOTOSHOOT AGREEMENT TERMS Protected by LUZR LLC Visionary Official Names: Christopher Todd Kemp III, Leland Justice Washington Deposit Policy A deposit is required before the photoshoot. The deposit is 50% of the total agreed price. Example: If the total is $140, the deposit will be $70. Editing Turnaround Time Standard editing turnaround time is approximately 1 week. If expedited editing is requested, an additional $15 fee will reduce turnaround time to 2 days. Raw Photos Requesting raw, unedited photos will require an additional $15 fee. Cancellation Policy If you cancel your scheduled session, the deposit will be non-refundable. This is because your time slot has already been reserved and logged. Editing & Credit We are not responsible for any edits made by the client after delivery. For edits completed by us, our tag must remain on the final images. Removing our tag may result in legal action. Scheduling & Communication Same-day photoshoots are not available. Before the shoot, we will communicate via call, Zoom, or text to confirm details such as location, concept, and schedule. Pricing 1 Hour: $80 2 Hours: $160 3–4 Hour Event: $300 Prices are subject to change depending on location, time, and project requirements. Modeling Portfolio Packages Standard Quality Portfolio: $50 High-Quality Portfolio: $100 Additional Time / Multiple Days If you would like to book extra hours, outfit changes, or multiple days, please notify us in advance. Additional time will be added to the total cost based on the hours requested. Once your scheduled time ends, the session will conclude unless extra time has been arranged beforehand. Brand Shoots Brand-related shoots are available but may require additional discussion and fees due to extra equipment. Content Usage We reserve the right to post photos/videos from the shoot on our platforms for promotional purposes.
