Hey, I’m Kate — a women’s boxing coach based in Melbourne.

I grew up loving sport, but lost my way in my teens, caught up in partying, drugs, and feeling completely disconnected. By 20, I had zero confidence and felt so uncomfortable in my own body — I knew something had to change.

That’s when I found martial arts.

What started as a way to get fit quickly became something much deeper. Training gave me confidence, purpose, and a sense of self again. I went on to compete in professional K1 & Muay Thai, navigating injuries, setbacks, and even moving to Thailand and Bali to pursue training full-time. It’s been a rollercoaster to say the least!

Since moving back home to Melbourne, I’ve shifted my focus to boxing and using it to help women build confidence, strength, and resilience. 
Because I know what it feels like to feel lost - and how powerful it is to find your way back!

A bit about me

𝟭:𝟭 𝗕𝗢𝗫𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗧- 45 minutes of focused, individualised coaching. Each session is designed around your personal goals, but most sessions consist of a warm up, developing skills and technique, then hitting the pads and getting a sweat on! Initial sessions will usually run a bit longer, as I like to take time getting to know you, your aspirations, and what drives your training.

𝗦𝗠𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗚𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗣 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 - This is a great way to train with friends! It brings together 2-4 people and typically runs for 45-60 mins. You'll get that fun energy of a group but still feel like you're getting 1:1 attention, build skills and motivate each other!

𝗪𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗡 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗬 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗦 - these classes are 60 mins of hard work & fun! We work on technique, hit pads/bags and get a good sweat on. It’s a safe welcoming space where women come together, build confidence, resilience and support each other!
