How does Early Access work?

Access driving slots one day earlier to choose your preferred driving times!

How do I get Early Access?
-If your total online time for the past 2 weeks is 90%+ (excluding breaks) you will get a text that you are eligible for Early Access.

How do I keep it?
-Make sure to cancel reservations 24 hours in advance.
-Make sure to stay logged in.
-If you experience issues, reach out to your Field Manager to maintain access.

What are the release times for KCM?
-Early Access: Tuesdays at 12PM
-Regular Access: Wednesdays at 12PM

What do I do with a lost item?

When a rider or previous DP leaves an item in the vehicle, place it in the glovebox and call it in to support. We will arrange for the item to be returned.

How do I contact support

Question 4

How do breaks work?

Accepted Answer

If you ever need to do anything that would make you unavailable to provide rides on the Via Platform, like going to the bathroom, eating lunch, or taking a personal phone call, then you must tap Take a Break from the Via Driver app menu.

You won’t be matched with riders during break times, and earnings are paused — please let our Live Support team know when you are done with your break so they can mark you back as available.
