John Nitschke

John Nitschke is a Berlin based full stack founder with over a decade of experience building B2B and consumer businesses. He co-founded shyftplan, a workforce planning SaaS company, and spent seven years as CEO growing it from an idea to a 70 employee team serving enterprise clients including Bosch and Delivery Hero. He later held senior commercial roles in the B2B fintech and BNPL space at Billie and Mondu, where he built and led enterprise sales organisations. Today he runs ABOUTSHELVES, a direct to consumer brand producing premium fronts and covers for IKEA furniture across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
