My name is Jesus Serrano. I'm a 15-year-old student attending Erma Polytechnical Duncan High School as a Sophomore. I have maintained a GPA of 3.5 or above. I have taken and am currently taking AP Courses. I am in the California Scholarship Federation. I am in MASH and am thinking of going to the CNA pathway because I want to help people and provide for them in ways other people can’t. In my Applied Medical Sciences class and Medical and Health Concepts class, I have learned many essential skills, such as taking apical pulses, taking the respiratory rate of a patient, taking the blood pressure of a patient, hearing and measuring the heartbeat of a patient using a stethoscope, and taking and recording the temperature of a patient. I plan to graduate with my CNA certificate and attend Fresno State to become an RN.

Finding the information and citing my sources took me some time since the information that the teacher required for the presentation involved a lot of research.
