A running family that is set to inspire our local community to get moving, enhance their wellbeing & lifestyle in a family oriented, enthusiastic atmosphere to run towards the same positive direction.

How many runs per week?

3 runs per week: Monday, Wednesday at 07:15PM Friday at 05:15AM

Just show up to the announced session in the time and location. You will meet at least 1 of our community leaders who will support you to start your running journey with the community!

Are there any charges to participate?

No, our sessions are completely free of charge.

Is there a specific pace or distance for the community sessions?

Each session is part of a bigger training plan for the community. Mid-week sessions usually are for Speed Runs. Fridays are for Long Slow Distance Runs. Every week the session change based on the training program.
