Dr. Yang is a violinist who received a Doctor of Musical Arts from the University of Kansas in 2025. He holds a Master of Music from Temple University (2021) and a Bachelor of Music from Xinghai Conservatory of Music (2018).

About Me

Dr. Yang has been dedicated to violin teaching since undergraduate. He took additional elective courses in violin pedagogy during his master's and doctoral studies. Dr. Yang has taught students of all ages, from beginners to advanced levels, and his students have achieved excellent results in various competitions and ABRSM exams.
​Dr. Yang has worked as a violin teacher at Lawrence High School, Lawrence Free State High School, and Foshan Nanhai International High School.

Teaching

Empowering students to acquire professional competencies through a fusion of time-honored and innovative teaching methods, setting a robust platform for continuous learning throughout their lives. This philosophy transformed into a pedagogical approach that nurtures a positive and supportive learning atmosphere.
At the heart of teaching is the desire to inspire students to engage in critical thinking, embrace versatility, and develop a rich cultural understanding. Striving to guide students in carving out their unique paths in life, equipping them with not just knowledge but also the wisdom to navigate the complexities of the world.
