After going through a very difficult experience with a previous contractor, finding JJ Tiles was an absolute game changer for our home.<br><br>One of the biggest challenges we faced was our steam shower. The prior contractor had rebuilt it incorrectly, and we were told we likely wouldn’t be able to reuse our existing glass. JJ Tiles came in, took precise measurements, and rebuilt the shower the right way. Because of their attention to detail and craftsmanship, we were able to reuse our glass perfectly—which saved us significant cost and frustration.<br><br>What really stood out, though, was their depth of knowledge and professionalism. They identified that our basement floor was not properly leveled, which would have voided the flooring manufacturer’s warranty. They didn’t just point out the issue—they took the time to explain it clearly, walked us through the right solution, and helped us make informed decisions. We ended up leveling the floor properly and replacing the LVP, knowing it was done the correct way.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, they were honest, detail-oriented, and truly cared about doing the job right—not just finishing the job.<br><br>The end result is absolutely beautiful, and more importantly, it’s built correctly and will last.<br><br>I can’t recommend JJ Tiles highly enough. JJ Tile Solutions is a lifesaver! I was faced with an extremely short timeline to get my bathroom floor tiled before my new vanity arrived. I contacted them on Friday and had an installer on site the next day. Amazing! Mario did an outstanding job from start to finish. His attention to detail and outstanding craftsmanship resulted in one of the most impressive tile installations I’ve seen in years. He was an absolute joy to work with and I will definitely use JJ TIle Solutions for any future project, with the one caveat that I again get the chance to work with Mario.
