Inner Light C.I.C. is a community interest company providing regulation-led wellbeing programmes for children, families, schools, and community settings. Our sessions combine movement, breath, mindfulness, and connection in a way that is SEND-aware, inclusive, and accessible. We work alongside families, education settings, local partners, and community organisations to create calm, inclusive spaces where people can thrive.

Are your sessions suitable for children with SEND?

Yes. Inner Light was designed with inclusion in mind.
Many of the families who attend our sessions are navigating SEND, sensory differences, developmental delays, anxiety, or additional support needs. We use predictable structures, flexible participation, and a regulation-first approach to help children and families feel welcome.

There is no right way to participate. Children are welcome to move, observe, rest, or take breaks throughout.

Do I need yoga experience to join?

Not at all.

Our sessions are designed for complete beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

You do not need to be flexible, fit, or familiar with yoga. Activities are adapted to meet participants where they are, and there is never pressure to perform.

We focus on helping participants feel safe, connected, and supported before expecting engagement or participation. Every session is SEND-aware and designed for real-life families rather than ideal circumstances.

We currently deliver sessions across Harrow and North West London through community venues, children's centres, and local partnerships.

New programmes and locations are added throughout the year. The best way to stay up to date is through our timetable or newsletter.

Many of our community programmes are funded through grants and partnerships, allowing families to attend free of charge.

Some specialist programmes, events, or retreats may carry a fee. Any costs are clearly shown when booking.
