I recently had the pleasure of working with ICF Walls of the Ozarks on a basement addition to my 1970s house. The project involved constructing an ICF basement with a suspended concrete ceiling that doubles as a patio. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.

David, the owner, was professional and attentive, ensuring that all my concerns were addressed. The foreman, Ben, and his crew were outstanding. They executed the project with precision and creativity, solving any problems that arose with innovative solutions. Ben maintained an open line of communication throughout the process, keeping me informed and involved every step of the way.

Sometimes relationships start strong but then one bad experience turns into another and another and things go downhill and it seems no one can stop them.  Both parties can be at fault. Absolutely love my ICF house! The crew was very meticulous with the walls and concrete slab construction. The owner/contractor answered all my questions along the way which was very reassuring. Watching them build and pour the walls was fascinating and fun and I feel very confident my house would survive a tornado. I’ve had two within nine miles of my new house already in the first year. My concrete walls are so well insulated that my heating and cooling bills have been very low for the size of my house. Could not be more pleased!
