Can we pick-up the equipment at your location?

Customer pickup is available for standard inventory (basic tables and chairs).
All specialty items including Chiavari chairs, wood farm tables, glass tables, and X-back chairs require delivery & set-up.
Large orders that exceed typical vehicle capacity must be delivered to ensure safe transport and avoid damage.

Is there a limit to how far you’ll travel?

We serve Carson City, Reno, Lake Tahoe, and surrounding areas.
We’re available to travel up to 5 hours from our Carson City base.
Travel fees may apply based on distance, location access, and order size.

How do I book with you?

You can submit an inquiry through here on our LinkTree, our website or on our Instagram. Once we receive your event details and we confirm availability, we’ll send over a quote/invoice to secure your date.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

•What is your cancellation policy?
 
Retainer fee/Deposits are non-refundable as they secure your rentals for your desired date. Cancellations close to the event date may be charged in full.
	
•Can I reschedule my event?

Yes, rescheduling is allowed based on availability and must be requested in advance.
	
•What happens if I cancel last minute?

Last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiting all payments made.

Do you require a deposit to secure my date?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure your event date.
Please note: your booking is not confirmed until the retainer has been received.

The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event or on the event day. Clients are also welcome to pay in full at any time.

Do you only rent what’s listed in your inventory? Can you get items from other vendors?

We don’t just offer what’s in our inventory, we’re constantly updating our catalog with new and exciting rentals.
Through our network of trusted local vendors, we can also source specialty items or anything else you need to create your perfect event setup.

What happens if it rains or there’s bad weather?

We recommend having a backup plan. Rentals are still subject to the agreement unless discussed ahead of time.

Do I need to be present for delivery?

Not always, but clear instructions and access to the setup area are required.

Do you provide linens and table covers? Can I customize the colors and styles?

Yes! We provide a wide variety of table linens and covers, including spandex, standard fabrics, and cocktail table covers.
All linens are rented through our trusted partner, Jomar Linens, which allows us to offer a large selection of fabrics, colors, and styles.

Whether you have inspiration photos or want our expert recommendation, we can create a cohesive and stylish look for your event.

We do both! We can simply provide rentals or help design your entire setup based on your vision.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak dates in Carson City, Reno, and Tahoe(May-August)
