Question 1

Do I need previous Pilates experience?

Accepted Answer

No previous experience is needed. ALIGN FORME introduces you to the foundations of classical Pilates at a comfortable pace. We recommend attending three ALIGN classes before progressing to SCULPT FORME.

Question 2

What should I bring to class?

Accepted Answer

Please bring your own Pilates mat, a bottle of water and comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

Question 3

What if I have an injury, am pregnant or within 6 months postpartum?

Accepted Answer

Please let us know when booking and again at the beginning of class. Your health and safety are our top priority, and sharing this information early helps us understand your needs, make appropriate adjustments and support you safely throughout the class. You’ll be asked to complete our health questionnaire when booking. We may also recommend seeking guidance from an appropriate healthcare professional before participating.

Question 4

Do you offer private or group bookings?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer private 1:1 and 2:1 Pilates sessions, alongside selected outdoor, social and corporate experiences. Please email hello@goldenforme.com to find out more.

Question 5

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or amend a booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours, missed classes and late arrivals are non-refundable.

Requests made with 24 to 48 hours’ notice will be considered individually and are subject to availability. Exceptional circumstances may also be considered at Golden FORME’s discretion.

Please contact us via our official Instagram page as soon as possible. Changes are only confirmed once acknowledged.
