How long does coaching usually last? 
This depends on your goals and level of support needed. I offer a 6 or 12 session package, and most clients choose bi-weekly or monthly sessions. After engaging in a package you can also attend refresh sessions if and when required.

Is coaching confidential?
Yes. All sessions are confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or safety concerns arise. Further information on confidentiality and safeguarding concerns are detailed in your coaching agreement.

What is your cancellation policy?
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a session. Sessions canceled within this window may be subject to a fee. Please refer to your coaching agreement for further information.
