During times of increased Israeli aggression, TEVA has withheld life-saving medication from Gaza and the West Bank.

Similar to how the boycotts of South African companies led to the end of apartheid, the goal of boycott movements will show that Americans do not want to support genocide. This will, in turn, cause larger pharmacy chains not to renew their contracts with TEVA, and instead source their medicine from different producers. Combined with other boycotts of Israel, this will achieve the goal of forcing Israel to change, or risk collapse due to no economic support.

"Brand-name" drugs are the expensive versions of medicine. After 20 years, companies are allowed to make "generic" versions, which meet the FDA's guidelines.

A "generic" drug is a medication created to be the same as an already marketed brand-name drug in dosage form, safety, strength, route of administration (how you take it), quality, performance characteristics, and intended use. These similarities help to demonstrate bio-equivalence, which means that a generic medicine works in the same way and provides the same clinical benefit as the brand-name medicine. In other words, you can take a generic medicine as an equal substitute for its brand-name counterpart.

ALWAYS make sure that you ask your pharmacist what changes to be aware of before switching to a different generic, and if the switch is safe to do.
