Excellent!!! Highly recommend this beach villa. Huge, spacious, beautifully appointed, laundry, air conditioning, everything is new. Close to restaurants. We rented a golf cart. The views of the ocean are  spectacular & private. Very quiet. We will return. That was our second scuba vacation in Placencia

Amazing service.  House was amazing with an amazing view.  Staff was polite, professional, and made our vacation relaxing.  Thank you Erica, Raduel, Jorge, and Aldi for top notch service.  Highly recommend.  We are already planning another trip to Belize and will be using Gecko again.

The most amazing week on Little Harvest Caye Island. The staff was beyond awesome from some of the most amazing food and immaculate accommodations. Shout out to Ernesto, Rodrick, Kendra, Michael and Jose.

We rented Conmigo’s Villa in Maya Beach through Gecko Vacation Rentals for a 7-night group stay (12 adults), and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication throughout the booking process was clear, professional, and timely. All details were provided well in advance, which made coordinating a large group much easier. Check-in instructions were straightforward, and everything at the property matched the listing description. The villa itself was perfect for a group: •   6 bedrooms / 6 bathrooms gave everyone private space •   Large shared common areas for gathering •   Oceanfront views with beautiful sunrise mornings •   Private pool and dock •   Two 6-seat golf carts included (huge convenience) The property was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for group travel. Having golf carts included made grocery runs and trips into Placencia Village simple and fun. We also utilized concierge assistance for transportation, bikes, and pre-arrival grocery stocking, and those arrangements were handled smoothly. For anyone considering Maya Beach vs. Placencia Village: we were very happy with our location. It offered a quieter atmosphere while still being close to restaurants and amenities. Overall, Gecko delivered exactly what was promised. Professional, organized, and ideal for group travel. Would absolutely recommend and would book with them again.

We had 8 people at Surfside and all 8 of us thought the beds were so comfortable!  Audi and Jorge made us feel at home and were absolutely wonderful!  Britney made us delicious meals when we had our down time day.  One morning we saw parrots in the tree next to us.  We finally got to see a sea turtle when we went snorkeling and so many other animals. We love the location and the fact that we had a golf cart.  One day everyone went their own way all 3 cars were used and the golf cart.  We loved being so close to the ocean.  The moon over the ocean and the sunrise were so beautiful.  We will definitely use Gecko Vacation Rentals again!

We had such an amazing family vacation for Thanksgiving on Little Harvest Caye! LHC was the perfect place for our large group to vacation! We had the best week that went bye way too fast! All the staff on the island made our stay exceptional, we loved all the food our chef Ernesto prepared, especially all the homemade pasta and tortillas, our last dinner we planned as fancy night was our favorite! Kendra was amazing at helping us with making cocktails and helping to plan excursions, she made us the best Piña Coladas ever! Jose and Michael were great captains and island helpers, we loved going for a sunset cruise and learning how to catch a Tarpon.
We really enjoyed playing pool volleyball as a family and all the paddle boarding around the island. We also enjoyed the excursions Kendra helped is plan, snorkeling adventure and zip line, tubing, waterfall tour, this was our favorite!
To the next group at Little Harvest Caye you’re going to have a blast, if you’re considering booking let this be your sign! We can’t wait to come back again!
