Sales — Damien
I first met Damien in mid-2024, when he showed me the lineup of Indian Motorcycles. I wasn’t in a position to buy back then, but he was open, kind, and patient, leaving an impression that stayed with me.
Fast-forward to 2025: when I came back to G-Force to trade in my 2024 KTM RC 390 for a 2025 KTM 390 Adventure X, I wanted Damien to be the one I worked with. But when I called and texted him to let him know I would prefer to do business with him, he refused—because I had already begun the process with his coworker Alex. Damien told me he would not step on a colleague’s toes like that. That act of integrity spoke louder than any deal he could have made.
Later, when I finally did begin a deal with Damien, the number one thing I asked of him was simple: give me a total price with taxes included. Unlike other dealerships, he didn’t stall or redirect. He gave me a straight answer and built from there. When I told him I had another offer and could even sell my bike online for more, he didn’t pressure me—he simply said: “Whatever anyone else offers you, I’ll attempt to match or beat it. All I ask is that you give me the opportunity to win your business.”
That was honesty, openness, and professionalism. I didn’t chase the online offer. I didn’t waste time elsewhere any further. I came back to Damien because he proved himself trustworthy, and he valued me as a person, not just a price point.
Management — Sean Smith
I first met Sean without even realizing he was the General Manager—I needed some information about their employees—he welcomed me into his office, open and inviting, and explained that although G-Force is highly successful, it remains family-owned. With decades in this industry, he loves what he does and takes pride in seeing customers happy. His humility and passion set the tone for the entire dealership.

Sales Management — Donny
When I noticed a few miles already on my brand-new KTM, Donny took the time to listen patiently. He explained that setup, testing, and pre-inspection always require a few miles, then offered to fill my gas tank as a goodwill gesture. By the end of the conversation, I didn’t feel like I was talking to a manager—I felt like I was talking to a friend in a garage about motorcycles.

Sales — Alex
Alex sold me my first KTM RC 390 in May 2025. He was clear, knowledgeable, and made the purchase easy. When I came back for the 390 Adventure X, I found out Alex has owned and upgraded KTMs for years. That passion showed—he isn’t just a salesman, he’s a rider who loves the brand.

Finance — Mike
The first time I met Mike, it felt like meeting a friend at a baseball game. We talked about life, society, and my own journey before we ever touched paperwork. He explained warranty options without pressure, and when I returned for my second bike, he remembered me immediately. We picked up right where we left off, with ease and trust.

Parts — Haley
Haley has helped me multiple times, starting with gear on the day I bought my RC 390. She knows her craft—sizing helmets at a glance, explaining fit differences, and breaking down options for goggles and safety gear. Every time I see her, she greets me warmly. Professional, knowledgeable, and a joy to deal with.

Service — Danny & Gideon
Danny was the first person I met at the service desk, and we hit it off laughing about my bike’s loose solenoid wire shutting off in traffic. That humor paired with his knowledge made service easy to trust.
Gideon carries the presence of a warrior but the calm of a gentleman. When he tells me what’s happening with my bike, I believe him without hesitation—his years of experience and professionalism are obvious.

Closing
Every interaction I’ve had at G-Force has left me feeling respected, informed, and valued. Whether it was Sean’s leadership, Donny’s patience, Damien’s honesty, Alex’s passion, Mike’s friendship, Haley’s expertise, or the humor and strength of Danny and Gideon—I have never once felt like just another sale.

I walked into G-force randomly when I was shopping around for 2 Tenere 700’s. I went to multiple dealers before visiting G-force and they were not as upfront about the pricing and unwilling to work with me on pricing. But that changed when I met Rhys Price at G-force. He was very knowledgeable and told me all the fees and gave me a great out the door price. Even more so Rhys spoke to the financing department on my behalf to get my interest rate reduced by over 7%. We ended up buying two motorcycles from, one we bought outright and financed the other one. Rhys went above and beyond to also make sure the bikes were detailed when we came to pick them up. I would definitely recommend G-Force and Rhys to anyone who is looking for a motorcycle dealer that has a fair and transparent buying process.

Exceptional customer service and support at G-Force Powersports.  I reached out through the Indian dealer locator and was instantly contacted by a sales professional named Buddy.  Buddy stated by listening to what I was looking for and responded with clear and concise information about options and how best to proceed.  I live outside of Colorado and he assured me we could handle everything except the actual signing of documents over the phone.  After just a few calls and me completely changing the bike I wanted to purchase, the process was painless.

When I arrived, Buddy greeted me at the door and had my bike ready to go.  After getting through finance, Buddy introduced me to the Parts and Service department and I was on my way with my new Indian Scout 101 !!!

After the sale I get a thank you package in the mail from Buddy, wow, what a great finishing touch of class.  And to top it off he included a gift for my brother who was with me during the purchase and also owns an Indian.  Top notch folks there at G-Force Powersports, especially Buddy in the sales department.  In addition,  Mike in finance was easy to deal with and explained all options and features of the warranty program. As well as Hailey in parts was amazing!! She not only helped me with some great products she also took care of my brother, just the same.

Great experience with Damian. Purchased a new Indian Scout Bobber

I had a fantastic experience with Indian Motorcycle of Denver! Damian was great to work with—he answered all of my questions both in person and over the phone, and never once made me feel pressured. He went above and beyond to help me pick out and purchase my first bike, and even arranged to have it delivered to my house to make things easier for me. His knowledge of Indian motorcycles (and vehicles in general) is outstanding, and he really made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend you contact him.

Called in to see if they could squeeze me in for oil change and rear tire while I was in the middle of a 4,000 mile trip. The gentleman that answered the phone was Greg. Greg was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He got me scheduled for the next morning with notes to get me down the road asap. I was greeted by Danny the next morning. He started on my case a few minutes before they opened the doors. My small list turned into a bigger list when we agreed I needed fork seals too. I figured I was dead in the water for atleast a day or so. Nope, Danny worked some magic along with Heather and got the extended warranty approved, parts, forks done, tire done, oil changed, and ready to roll.  All in a few hours. Thank you Danny for keeping me on the road and on schedule!! Also, thank you to my mechanic Brian for a job well done and quickness.

Shout out to the service department for help on my Sea Doo Boat.  We scheduled a head of time to have it ready before the boating season.  They had the recall parts in stock and had my boat back to me very fast.   Been to 3 other dealers in Colorado and they all held my boat for over a month for basic services.   Danny the advisor was on top of things and very honest!!   My boat is running better than it has in a couple seasons!!  Will be back to Gforce for any service needs and for my next purchase when the time comes.   A whole different vibe from Fay Myers and Elway Powersports!!   You can tell it's a family owned establishment and it shows when it comes to customer service!!

We brought home a beautiful new Manitou pontoon yesterday and my husband and I were so incredibly happy with the entire purchase process. Nick worked with us from start to finish and we really enjoyed working with him. It was all zero pressure and just so easy going that it was an enjoyable experience! We also noticed throughout the whole process that there was a lot of attention to detail that we appreciated. This boat though, it’s so incredibly beautiful and we are SO excited to have it!<br>Everyone we met and talked to there was really nice and we will absolutely be back next time we are in the market for some fun new hobbies to take up!

I had an excellent experience working with Gideon in the service department. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful from start to finish. Gideon took the time to clearly explain everything, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure all my questions were answered. His attention to detail and commitment to great customer service really stood out. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right and making sure the customer is taken care of. Signed up for a demo ride to check out the new Springfield (and would probably have bought one, too).  Showed up at the appointed time.  Two mopey reps under a tent greet me. The bike I wanted to test was "out, but they'll be back soon."  I sit for 30 minutes.  Barely more than a few words from the rep (he was too busy specc'ing out a fender for HIS  motorcycle on the phone). Zero enthusiasm. Zero excitement. Zero crowd.  And ultimately, no bike showed up to ride. I left. Went to Steele's.  Got a great pre-owned bike for 1/10th the price. You blew it, Indian!

Damian is the man! I bought a motorcycle there because of Damian - he’s very professional, polite and patient. He understands customers needs really well and goes above and beyond to build the trust and loyalty.. You’ve won a customer for life!
