From the beginning, Frances understood and shared a key value of building generational wealth and I’m very glad I met her during a spontaneous visit to an open house. Frances was incredibly professional at all times and was especially helpful (and patient) with addressing my many questions and concerns as a first-time homebuyer. She and her lender, Geovanny Angeles, sat down with me before even starting the process of searching for a home to explain the home buying process and to make sure my needs and wants were considered. As my preferences narrowed over time, Frances listened to me and made sure to show me properties that fit my criteria, and at no point did I feel like I was simply being thrown a sales pitch or being pressured to make a choice. Frances was also able to give me referrals to various other contractors along the way, including inspectors, electricians, plumbers, etc. In the end, we closed a bit early (and on my birthday, no less) and Frances and Geovanny were there to celebrate with me! And even after we closed, she kept in touch to make sure all concerns were addressed. In short, I felt supported and heard the entire time while working with Frances, and I would gladly refer her to any family, friend, or colleague looking to buy or sell. And of course, I look forward to working with Frances again myself whenever I decide it’s time to sell and upgrade my home!
