I can't recommend FOM enough. Every single person in this building is so caring and thoughtful. I had never felt like a VIP in a Psych office before I walked in their doors. Jayson is so gentle and knowledgeable and has been such a major help to me. I've been going here for almost a year now and nothing has changed. They haven't become "too familiar." They still treat me like I'm the only person alive when I am in there. Jarek is the best too. We have had some amazing conversations while setting up future appointments. He is so sweet! The amazing ladies at the front desk are all the sweetest! They are incredibly attentive and make me feel so welcome. It's also quiet. Sometimes it gets loud in offices. But not here. It's like a library, which I love. Again, I can't say enough good things about my experiences at Frame of Mind!

Frame of Mind Clinic is above and beyond any other health service or doctor I’ve seen in town. I bring my daughter here for therapy and medication management and they are always so kind when we come in. They show real personal depth and empathy toward every patient and their family. The office is stunning, clean and just nice to be in. My child loves to go to therapy, because Gideon and Jayson are phenomenal practitioners. And I must say the front desk staff are beyond five star. This office and it’s staff are truly one of a kind.

I’ve had a very positive experience at Frame of Mind and feel genuinely supported in my care. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is calm, quiet, and welcoming. It immediately puts you at ease, which makes a big difference when dealing with mental health. The staff is consistently kind, professional, and respectful, and the environment feels safe and nonjudgmental.<br><br>I’ve been working with Brandon, who has been incredibly kind, personable, and attentive. He takes the time to truly listen, answer questions, and involve me in decisions about my treatment, which makes me feel heard and respected. I was also impressed that the owner of the clinic took time out of his day to personally talk with me about my care and overall experience; that level of attention really shows how much they value their patients.<br><br>Scheduling has been smooth, communication is reliable, and overall I feel very comfortable and understood here. I’m grateful to have found a clinic I can trust and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, thoughtful psychiatric care.
