How long is the class?

The classes run from 7.30pm-8.30pm. They are one hour. (60 minutes)

What's the class size?

We allow a maximum of ten participants in each class. We find that having a small group makes the classes as accessible as possible and also allows for increased involvement from the young people, who are able to share their ideas and offer support to their peers.

I don't have any upper body strength, do I need to be fit?

To take part In classes you need to be in good health and not have any current injuries. Don’t worry our teachers are very good at adapting moves. Any concerns please speak to one of the teachers

Will you be introducing more classes?

Yes! If there’s enough demand, we plan to introduce more classes for both youth and adults. A helpful way to let us know is by filling out the interest form
