Del had been working with us for over a year as we prepared to buy our first home. He is an excellent communicator. No matter the time of day, he was willing to answer any questions we had. He was incredibly thorough and ensured we had the appropriate knowledge at every step. He informed us of all the options we had, and never pressured us to choose one product over another. Additionally, Jimmy D. was awesome through the process as well. Great communicator, direct with what information he needed. We appreciate all the hard work everyone put into our loan to make our first home dream a reality.

Del is the best! He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and (shockingly!) available at all times- nights, weekends, late notice! The home buying process is very emotional and confusing and Del was always just a text or call away to explain things. This is the second home we have purchased with his help and can't imagine using anyone else. Thank you Del for being so amazing to work with!

This is the second home we've purchased with Del, and the first through Ruoff. Del was available when we were , even in the evenings , to make sure everything was done when it needed to be and there was no confusion. I don't think we plan on moving any time soon, but if that ever changes I hope Del is still there to help us.
