Great dog enclosed dog paddock our puppy 10mth old wcp loved it . Easy to book & rescheduled as I had too on 3 occasions due to work or weather .

I’ve booked this field as I’ve been taking my puppy to dog fields on a regular visits since getting him and wanting to find our “go-to” field since moving to the area.

Appreciate the owner is a bit defensive in the review responses, which should’ve been a red flag before booking this.

The field itself is relatively easy to find. Parking is quite simple too.

However, that’s where the positives for me, end. Despite a “good” number of rules on how to use the field (including being tied to a gravel path that lines the perimeter of the field), the grass was barely grass. There’s been a number of “flags” with dog poo left when we arrived. No water for the dog. No toys. No activities as there are in other fields (literally ANYTHING, it’s just a field). The field itself isn’t that big either, again, in comparison to the fields in the area.

There’s been a number of dogs barking nearby (perhaps kennels or something else) which will completely set your dog off if it’s reactive. One of the main reasons people use these fields.

Not a problem for our dog but the gaps in the fence will definitely not be suitable for small dogs and/or puppies (yes it’s in FAQ, yes it’s still a problem and should be mentioned).

No one wants to be limited (beyond reasonable, common sense rules) when they pay to use these fields as we just want to spend some time playing with our dogs. The “stick to the path” rule completely strips you off that and I’ve genuinely found that sad.

It felt like it was setup as a money-making scheme rather than a place by someone who loves and knows dogs. Incredibly disappointing and would not recommend.

Nice field and the parking is good for limiting interaction with other dogs. We have a mini dachshund and would not return again or recommend for others with this breed or dogs of a similar size. The fencing has gaps which he could have fitted through if he wanted to. The two dog runs have a shared fence which may not be suitable for all dogs. Fine overall but definitely best for medium dogs and above
