The installation crew did an excellent job and the installed fence looks great. Communication was less than stellar, however. The first crew came out and installed fencing on the back of my property and were supposed to straighten my existing fence that was leaning but they didn't. A call was placed to DFW Fence to have a crew come back out and finish what was contracted before final payment was remitted. All communication after that was by text. A few days later another crew was scheduled and came out to complete the straightening of the existing fence. My issue is the absence of the personal touch, actually talking to someone in management other than the call taker when I called back to advise them that the job was not complete the first go-around. No one called me personally, just sent me a text.<br>I would suggest when issues occur that management make the extra effort to actually call the client rather than texting.<br>When a client is spending thousands of dollars on a project might I suggest a personalized final walkthrough inspection after the job is complete. That personal touch will make a difference in the long run.<br>Would I recommend DFW Fence? Yes, but cleaning up a few short comings would help.

Great experience in getting my fence done. We got an 8 foot board on board fence and they exceeded my expectations! The work was spectacular and the crew handled it great considering difficulties with a pool, concrete patio, and flipping fence rails. Highly recommend.

Incredible job. Garrett was very informative on asking what we wanted and getting the measurements. The workers (incredible) knocked it out in one full day.
