⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star)<br><br>I chose this PC based on the pictures shown on the website, but what I received looked completely different. The advertised system shows a 360 mm liquid CPU cooler, three RGB fans at the top, and a much larger-looking graphics card. The PC I received has an air cooler, no top-mounted fans, and a very different overall appearance.<br><br>I’ve attached photos comparing the advertised PC with the one I actually received.<br><br>When I contacted CyberPowerPC, they told me the images are only example systems and referred me to a small disclaimer under the photos. While I understand that now, I don’t think it’s clear enough. As a customer, I expected the PC I paid for to look much closer to what was advertised.<br><br>The disappointing part was being told that if I wanted it to look like the pictures, I would have to pay extra for upgrades. That wasn’t my expectation when making the purchase.<br><br>The PC may have the correct specifications, but the marketing images gave me a completely different impression of what I was buying. I hope CyberPowerPC uses photos that better represent the standard configuration or makes it much more obvious that the advertised system includes optional upgrades, so future customers know exactly what to expect.

Bought a new PC. The configuration tool did all the work, got everything I wanted. Spent a long time procrastinating but I definitely made the right decision, using CyberPower again. They have never let me down. Products are great, service is excellent and when you need to speak to them they are very helpful. Thank you!

Absolutely elated with my purchase. After purchase I required an amendment (wanted a different processor) and the customer service was brilliant. Changes were quickly made and I was reimbursed the difference. I can’t fault the company at all.
