Assembly: Your watch is carefully assembled, which typically takes 2-4 working days (Monday - Friday).
Quality Testing: After assembly, we perform rigorous testing and quality checks over 1-3 working days to ensure the best performance and results.
Shipping: Once complete, your watch is shipped. Delivery usually takes 4-8 working days depending on your location.
Overall, the entire process from start to finish spans 7-15 working days (Monday - Friday), ensuring each watch meets our high standards before it reaches you.

Even if an item is marked "In stock" it's still subject to this lead time. Some watches are pre-made and available to ship instantly.

Do you offer warranty?

Every watch from our workshop includes a free two-year warranty. This covers manufacturing defects and operational issues under normal use.

For added peace of mind, you can also purchase a 2-year warranty extension.

The warranty doesn't cover scratches, damage from opening the watch, or water resistance issues, as our watches aren't designed for swimming or or similar activities. The warranty only covers defects in the movement.

What are the estimated delivery times?

We deliver worldwide. All watches are assembled and shipped from our workshop in the heart of Europe - Czech Republic.

For international orders, delivery takes 1-4 days. Within Czech Republic, delivery takes 24-48 hours.

Once your order is ready, we'll email you the tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way for a transparent and reassuring experience.

Are your watches waterproof?

Our watches feature a water resistance rating of 5 ATM, making them suitable for everyday activities such as resisting splashes or brief water exposure.

However, they are not designed for swimming, bathing, or extended submersion in water.

For optimal performance and to extend the lifespan of your watch, we recommend minimizing exposure to water whenever possible.
