You don’t struggle with intimacy. You’re learning how to stay with yourself inside it. This session is for women who are ready for more - more connection, more expression, more aliveness - but notice themselves holding back, shutting down, or second-guessing what they feel. Not because something is wrong, but because your body hasn’t yet learned that it’s safe to stay open. In this 1:1 Stay With Yourself Session, we work at the level of your body and nervous system to help you: – feel safe being seen and expressed – stay present in your body, even in vulnerable moments – trust your boundaries, desires, and instincts – access deeper pleasure, aliveness, and connection – express yourself more freely without shrinking or overriding yourself – choose what you truly want, even when it feels new or unfamiliar Because when you learn to stay with yourself, you don’t just experience better intimacy — you become more open, confident, and fully expressed in your relationships, your body, and your life. This is trauma-informed, embodied work. Not surface-level advice or quick fixes. Each session is a grounded, supportive space where you move at your own pace. You’ll also receive a follow-up email with personalised practices to help you integrate what we explore.
