Do I have to share my P&L's?

No, you don’t have to. Some owners choose an asset sale when they don’t want to provide financials. Just keep in mind that verified numbers generally help buyers pay more.
Either way, we’ll structure the sale around whatever you’re comfortable with.

Can I buy a business if I don't live in the US?

Yes. Foreign buyers often use the E-2 visa to buy and operate a business in th US. I can guide you through the steps and introduce you to experienced E-2 attorneys.
