To be clear, this one star review is not for the actual drivers employed by Choreguys. They did a great job clearing my driveway…when the system worked. This one star review is for the owners and all the times they didn’t do their job and all the indescribably condescending communication. After many years as a loyal customer, I can’t take it anymore. This company will talk about how much technology they use to deliver better service. Then they send just as many emails apologizing for when it doesn’t work. When I inquired about these errors (specifically, an email mistakenly sent to existing customers with a deal that loyal customers can’t claim, only new ones) I was told that much like Bell and Rogers, they have to compete for new customers. I understand this is true, but it doesn’t go far as an apology for seeing what a terrible deal I was getting for my loyalty. So, as instructed by the owners themselves, I will take my business elsewhere, where mistakes are handled like we’re all grownups and I don’t get apologies that sound a lot more like gaslighting than actual remorse. I was skipped in spite of paying for the premium service and plowed in for 8 hours after the snow had stopped falling with no acknowledgement or remorse that I had to flag the plow down. Another storm left me with a lot of snow and ice on the driveway but we received a snarky email saying they knew better than other operators and it would melt. It did not. I don’t expect perfection, but I am simply disinterested in not getting the service I see from competitors and having an over abundance of communication that blames technology failures. I asked to have my driveway plowed, not to be able to track the tractor. Except usually you can’t even do that? Or the notification is off by hours. And if I’m paying to be able to track the tractor, can it at least show up?<br>I would suggest Choreguys remembers the basics of supplying services when paid, treating customers like adults, and not overextending. I would suggest customers look elsewhere unless they enjoy frustration and multiple errors handled gracelessly.

Ignorant, didn't follow their contract to give me driveway access 27/4. Got stuck in my drive 3 time through the year. Ignore my emails for clarification and solutions. When i told them i'm not plaining in renewing with them because of the lack of costumer service they said " thats no problen with us" lol unreal don't go with them!!! And they gonna reply we are trying our best and our worker work 18h blah blah blah but all the other driveway beside me was clean and that compagny followed the plow and their contract. All video proof of that aswell

The service provided by this company was excellent during the first few years. However, over the past year, response times have worsened, and the number of excuses for delays has become unacceptable. As paying customers of a premium service, we expect a high standard of reliability and responsiveness. Unfortunately, our current experiences have led us to reconsider continuing as customers. It appears that the company's resource management has not kept up with their growing customer base, which is disappointing. Ultimately, customers should not bear the consequences of these shortcomings. To clarify, this is based on the 2025-2026 seasons, not specifically on the last big snowstorm.
