Great eye exam is thorough & professional. Dr is very experienced and good in general. Entire staff is very experienced and professional. They even have a great optical store with a wide selection of frames to choose from. A one stop for all your eye issues. Thank you Chicago eye Surgeons

I’ve had a consistently great experience with Dr. Dhaliwal and truly trust his care. He is thorough, patient, and takes the time to answer questions and explain things clearly during every visit. The office is welcoming, and I always feel well taken care of. I also had cataract surgery performed by him last year, and the results were excellent, which only reinforced my confidence in his expertise. I’m very happy with my care and would highly recommend Dr. Dhaliwal to others.

Be ready to pay twice for the same service. I went in for an updated glasses prescription after being told over the phone that it would be covered by my primary insurance. Turns out it wasn’t covered — not a big deal — I paid the $50 on the day of my exam. Later, I checked my bill online and saw that the same $50 fee was added again. When I visited the office to clear things up, it took the staff about 15 minutes to even figure out what was going on, even though I had my receipt with me. I ended up paying the remaining balance they said I owed, but the system is still showing that I owe the same $50 that was supposedly removed from my account. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this office unless they fix their billing system and communication with patients.
