On the 19th I got sick at work. I felt like I needed to go to the E! RI did.<br>Immediately, they asked me, what what's wrong, I share it with them. They had me fill out in papers, gave them my insurance card and it wasn't long. I couldn't even finish filling out the papers before. Someone came in to get me i went in and took my blood pressure stand the procedures when you come in. They talk to you a little bit and find out information what was going on with me, I shared that with them a few minutes later the doctor came in I. Mmediately, he introduced his cell. And I asked me what was going on and I told him I shared that with him at that time. He told me, you know we don't take your insurance, Ms. Miller. I said really? Where they should assumpt to me at the front desk before they had me fill out all those papers. They already knew they didn't take the insurance. So why would they have me back here? But at the same time, I was having chest pains so that is their procedure, and they have to take me in And they don't have to, but they did. I just want to say the doctor was very nice and professional. And he let me know that they didn't take my insurance, but I would not be charged. I can't say anything about Cabot. Emergency room, they take care of me in a proper manner in the way it should have been. And I thank them so very much for taking care of me. I went to another hospital, so thank you Cabot. ER

This was by far the best er ive ever been to! Which unfortunately ive had my fair share of er visits. The staff was very helpful. As fast and through as they could be. And even with an extremely full er they were able to help me quickly! I was in and out woth a full set of labs. Urine analysis and a ct with and without contrast within 2 hours! Ended up needing surgery and they transfered me to conway baptist hospital. Staff was truly awesome. Super kind! If me or my family have any future emergencies. This is where I plan to go again.

My appendix had ruptured. The care team got me scanned and scheduled for surgery at another facility. I truly beleive theybsaved my life. They had a great bed side manner and everyone was very nice and compassionate
