I am able to provide both in home as well as virtual support services. I can’t wait to connect with you soon! What can I do as your doula: 👩🏻‍🍼assist with hands on newborn care, including occasional overnight care 🍼feeding support (whether it be formula, bottle, breast) and referral to lactation specialist 🍎light meal preparation, recipes for nutrient dense foods to support recovery 🧺light household chores such as baby’s laundry, washing and sterilizing pump parts and bottles, etc 🛒running nearby errands such as grocery pick ups 💛I can hold space for you as you process your birth experience and/or the journey to parenthood. I am a mom of 3 and I too experienced my own challenges during the postpartum period. As a lifelong learner, passionate about this field, I continue to grow as a parent and professional. I hold an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), am trained in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International, and am working towards full certification as a PMH-C.
