Back Electric did an amazing job after a lightning strike damaged one of our outlets. They responded quickly, identified the issue right away, and made sure our home was safe again. The damaged outlet was badly burned, but their professionalism and attention to detail gave us peace of mind throughout the whole process. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was repaired correctly and safely. We truly appreciate their fast response and excellent service. Anthony and his team always do a great job. From all new wiring in house to pulling dangerous branches out of trees they will get it done and in a hurry. Typically same day service in my experience and if it isn't same day it is a very short wait time. They even picked up a heater/fan for the bathroom on the way to the job to help out.
