As a student who invested a significant amount of money and trust here, I feel it is important to share my experience.

⭐ 1 Star – False Promises, Poor Support & No Placement

I enrolled in the Cyber Security course at Boston Institute of Analytics (BIA), Chandigarh in January 2025. The course duration was 10 months, and I paid a total fee of ₹1,52,000 based on the commitments made at the time of admission.

At the time of enrollment, BIA Chandigarh clearly promised 100% placement assistance and a 6-month stipend-based internship as part of the course. These assurances played a major role in my decision to join the institute and invest such a significant amount in my career.

However, the reality was completely different from what was promised:

During the 4-month theoretical phase, classes were conducted only twice a week.
When the 6-month internship phase began, instead of a stipend-based offline internship as promised, we were given unpaid online training.
No stipend was provided at any stage.
We were assigned six highly advanced projects that were far beyond what was properly taught in the classes.

Despite the lack of proper guidance and practical training, I completed all assigned projects on time and submitted them respectfully and professionally.

Whenever I asked about placement support, I was told that projects were the first priority and that placement discussions would happen after project completion. However, once the projects were completed, no placement assistance was provided, nor was any further communication initiated.

It has now been over two months since the course ended. Instead of providing clarity, BIA Chandigarh has blocked my contact number and stopped responding to my messages.

Recently, I was contacted by the institute only because a new batch was facing issues with their capstone project. When I again politely requested clarity regarding placement support, even the head in charge blocked me afterward.

I am not demanding something unreasonable. Placement support was part of the commitment made during admission, and students invest their money and trust based on such assurances. If the institute is unable to provide placements, the least they can do is communicate honestly instead of making false promises and avoiding students.

Students invest their hard-earned money with the hope of building strong skills and securing their future. Misleading claims of “100% placement” and “stipend-based internship” without delivering on them is deeply disappointing and raises serious concerns about transparency and professionalism.

I do not know about other branches of BIA, but my experience with the Chandigarh branch has been extremely disappointing. Blocking students instead of providing clear communication does not reflect professional ethics.

I am sharing this experience so that other students can make informed decisions and avoid facing similar situations.

This institute:

Makes false promises to attract students
Changes terms after collecting full fees
Provides poor academic and placement support
Fails to fulfill its placement commitments

I strongly advise future students to:
-Not rely on verbal promises like “100% placement”
-Get everything in written form
-Verify reviews from past students before enrolling
