Luggage Ribbons

To keep track of luggage when we leave for the mine tour we are adopting a coloured ribbon system. Please collect a ribbon from reception that corresponds to your leaving plans:
- Red = leaving luggage at the hotel (conference room)
- Green = not stopping for lunch (bus to DUS)
- Yellow = not stopping for lunch (own travel)
- No ribbon = own travel to and from mine (i.e those with cars)

These will be available throughout our stay, please aim to retrieve yours before Wednesday morning to avoid delays at reception. The bus will promptly at 8am.

Packed Lunch

For those not staying for lunch after the mine, there will be a packed lunch available for you from the bus leaving to DUS. If you will not be on this bus, please collect promptly after the tour finishes to avoid delays in the DUS bus leaving.

Checking out

The hotel are setting up a 'fast track' checkout for us Wednesday morning. The room and fitness facilities are covered by us, but please settle any personal expenses the night before.

Luggage can be left in the conference room or if you are taking it with you please ensure you are in the Lobby earlier to have time to load it onto the bus. (SEE LUGGAGE RIBBONS)

Please be in the lobby at 7.50am, the bus leaves at 8am.

If you are leaving straight from the mine tour on Wednesday, bring your luggage with you on the bus. Please be downstairs earlier than 7.50am to ensure you have enough time to checkout and load your luggage on the bus.

Those who are attending the lunch, we will return to the hotel at approximately 2.30pm. Please leave time in the morning to checkout and put your luggage in the hotel storage.

What time is the bus on Tues/Wed morning?

Please be in the lobby 10 minutes before departure. The bus will leave promptly at 8.30am on Tuesday, and 8am on Wednesday.

Mine tour- footwear

Does the hotel have a gym/pool?

Yes! Speak to reception to gain access, it will be charged to the room per day but this will be covered by Cytric.
