Proposed 2026 Transit Service Changes

Hello,

My name is [your name]. I am an employee at Amazon UOR2 at 5015 NW Front Ave in the Northwest Industrial District. Many of my coworkers and I rely on line 16 to get to and from work. Stops NW Front & Kittridge (ID 8875) and 4800 Block NW Front (ID 1922) are frequently used by my coworkers and I to get to the UOR2 site.
The proposed service cuts to line 16 will greatly impact my and my coworkers’ ability to get to and from work. Shifts at Amazon do not follow a typical 9-5 structure. The proposed change to line 15 to only truly run in this area during “commuter hours” does not properly reflect the real commute hours many of my coworkers and I have.
I strongly urge TriMet to reconsider their decision so that my coworkers and I can still commute to and from work utilizing TriMet’s service. If TriMet goes through with this change, I may not be able to continue my employment at the UOR2 site.
