Usually, land owners will get contacted from us. When their ready to sell on a fair agreed price, we go under contract and close. Its really that simple. We don’t use a realtor because we don’t need to. We always close with a title company though. That way it keeps it clean for seller but also for us as the buyers.

Do cover all closing costs?

If we are the buyers, yes. If we are the sellers, we cover sellers closing costs unless negotiated.

Absolutely not. We buy, sell and sometimes develop land that we acquire. All our acquisitions are closed with local title companies. We are very much real.
