Approximately 2-3 weeks from art approval to pickup/delivery. Rush orders are available for a [+$50 fee] - ask before you order if you're on a deadline.

Is There A Minimum Order?

There is only a minimum of 36 garments for screenprinting.

No minimum on embroidery, single-item personal orders, or DTF printing. However, there is a one-time set up fee for digitizing embroidery files the first time.

How Do I Get a Quote?

What's The Difference Between Embroidery, Heatpress & Silkscreening?

Embroidery: stitched, best for hats/jackets/polos, most durable. Screenprinting: best for bulk same-design tees & hoodies. DTF: full-color prints, no minimums, great for small runs or photos/gradients.

We Ordered Before - Can You Just Reprint The Same Thing?

Of course! We keep the artwork you send us on file, so by referencing your order name/date or last invoice and we can rerun your order.

What Are Your Updated Policies?

We have two new policies.

Brought in Items - Effective May 6, 2026: 
All decoration will now be printed on store merchandise to ensure the quality of our printing processes. By using our merchandise, we know the construction of the materials which will provide you with the best most consistent printing results.

Embroidered Ai Generated Artwork - Effective July 3, 2026: 
Ai embroidered artwork doesn't stitch cleanly when there is gradients and fine details involved. However, if it falls under the outlined criteria in our policy document on our linktree, we are still able to embroider your artwork. We can also redesign your artwork into a clean vector file, ready for printing for a $80 Design Fee.

Can I Do A Rush Order?

Yes! - The rush fee is $50, subject to shop capacity. Earlier the ask, better the odds.
