I absolutely love the entire team at 5 Points Advance Dentistry! They truly go above and beyond to make what is usually the most dreaded appointments of the year a much better experience.

Everyone there is both professional and genuinely friendly. Dr. Imm, Traci, Jess, and Becky are all wonderful. They listen carefully to your concerns and actually take the time to pay attention to what you’re saying. The team is compassionate, gentle, patient, attentive, reassuring, and incredibly thorough.

I’ve always struggled with dental anxiety. At other offices, the experience was so stressful that I would usually end up crying in my car afterward. That has never been my experience here. They take the time to explain things, move at a pace that feels comfortable, and make sure you feel supported the entire time.

If you normally dread going to the dentist or deal with dental anxiety, I highly recommend 5 Points Advance Dentistry. They truly care about their patients and make a stressful experience feel manageable--dare I say, enjoyable! :)

I highly recommend 5 Points! Dr. Imm is incredibly knowledgeable and provides excellent care to patients. They are accommodating to minimize discomfort, including dental chairs that have massage and heating, which has really helped me as I have chronic back issues. I feel very well taken care of by Dr. Imm and his team!

Dr. Imm is the most knowledgeable dentist I have ever met. Not only does he take the time to listen to your concerns, but he also goes the extra mile to address the root cause of your problem rather than just treating the symptoms. His staff is equally wonderful; they are caring and make you feel at ease. I have airway issues, and Dr. Imm recommended specialists and collaborated with them to develop a comprehensive treatment plan. He also took the time to counsel me when I was feeling anxious about the procedures.  The results so far have been life-changing! I highly recommend 5 Points Advanced Dentistry to anyone in need of dental care.
